Materne Story

The Materne story began in 1923 when Mr. Materne and his family opened a fruit-spread-factory at Boué (Aisne), a leading apple-growing part of France.
The company met such a huge success over the years that it became one of the most popular applesauce companies in France. And also one of the most innovative! In 1998 Materne launched Pom’Potes, the first fruit snack in a pouch, a revolutionary concept which met great success in France, and abroad!
Today, Materne still uses apples from the same region to offer kids and adults alike the yummy and nutritious treat of premium, all natural applesauce.
GoGo squeeZ is Pom’Potes counterpart in foreign countries.
